We understand that arranging a wedding involves making lots of decisions and our dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator and staff are happy to spend time helping you with our arrangements.
Costs for holding your wedding with Doubletree by Hilton Cadbury House are made up of an inclusive venue charge, plus catering costs in the form of a wedding package. Vat is included and a service charge is discretionary.Our Venue Hire includes:
- Dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator
- Room hire for your afternoon & evening receptions
- White linen tablecloths and napkins
- Fresh floral table decorations
- Colour co-ordinated ribbons & bows for top table & cake table
- Candles and table confetti
- Helium filled balloon bunches
- Menu cards
- Disposable cameras
- Jugs of iced water
- Use of round or square silver cake stand & knife
- Our Master of Ceremonies
- Disco for evening reception
- Luxury suite overnight for the happy couple
The Great Room
November – April Sat - £2500, Fri & Sun £2000, Mon – Thur £2000*
May – October Sat £3500, Fri & Sun £3000, Mon – Thur £2500*
Minimum of 80 guests for reception and 150 guests for evening reception
The Master Room
November – April Sat - £1500, Fri & Sun £1200, Mon – Thur £1500*
May – October Sat - £1800, Fri & Sun £1400, Mon – Thur £1200*
The catering cost per person is £60 - £70 depending on your chosen package - choose from Elegance, Romance or Deluxe Package.
All packages include:
- Bucks Fizz reception
- 3 course meal with coffee
- ½ bottle of house wine with meal
- Sparkling wine for the toast
- Evening Buffet
Additional guests for the evening party are charged at £13.50 per person. Our wedding packages are only suggestions, our Head Chef is more than happy to tailor-make a menu to suit your individual requirements.
*Rates quoted for venue hire are valid for 2010 & 2011 only.
Truly Simple Package
Our truly simple package is ideal for couples that want a smaller, more intimate occasion.
The fully inclusive package is designed for 30 guests and includes:
- Hire of Master Room for afternoon reception until 6pm
- Glass of bucks fizz
- 3 course meal with coffee and glass of wine
- Glass of sparkling wine for toasts
- Fresh flowers, table confetti and tealights on all tables
- Master of ceremonies
- Cakestand and knife
- Linen napkins and tablecloths
- Private bar
- Complimentary parking for all guests
Should you wish to add an evening reception this can be arranged at an additional cost per guest.
