Pecan and Bourbon Tart
10 Eggs 650g Soft Brown Sugar 900g Golden Syrup10g Salt 400ml Bourbon350g Melted Butter 20ml Vanilla Essence 1000g Chopped PecansPre Heat the Oven to 160 C
Have a pre baked tart shell ready.
Mix all of the ingredients together, pour into the tart shell and bake until just soft for approximately 20 minutes.
