Checking in at Doubletree by Hilton Cadbury House couldn't be simpler. Come along to reception and we'll see you to your room quickly and without a fuss.

Checking In

When checking in at Doubletree by Hilton Cadbury House please go straight to the reception on the ground floor. Our warm and friendly reception team will be happy to assist you.

You may check in from 3pm on the day of your arrival.

We accept all major credit cards and cash payments for hotel bookings.

Checking Out

You must check out of your room by 12noon on the day of your departure.

To check out please go to reception and return your room keys.

Cancellations

You may cancel your booking up to 2pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations made later than 2pm or no-shows will be charged the rate of your first night.
