Accommodation Terms & Conditions:
Midweek Bookings (Monday - Thursday)
All bedroom reservations will require a credit card number to confirm the booking. Our cancellation policy is 1400hrs on day of arrival, if a room is cancelled after this time then the hotel has the right to take full payment for the room. We accept all major credit cards including AMEX.
Weekend Bookings (Friday - Sunday) & Special Rates for Weddings & Events
All bedroom bookings will require a non-refundable deposit of £50 per room per night, which will be taken at time of booking to secure the reservation (this will be taken from a debit or credit card). For example if a guest wants to book 4 rooms - then a non-refundable deposit of £200 will be taken at time of booking. Cancellations: if a room is cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date, the remaining balance will be charged for weekend, wedding and banqueting bedrooms.
