Mark Veale our Head Chef, worked with Gordon Ramsay for three years and has brought his wealth of experience to our two AA rosette fine dining restaurant. The festive menu boasting fresh locally sourced ingredients, is available throughout December Monday - Friday, 30th November - 23rd December.
