The Club - Your Questions Answered
What will happen when I join the club?
We will give you your key which will allow you access to the club as well as operating the gym equipment, your key will also contain a record of your fitness progress.
On your first visit you will need to go to the reception where they will take your photograph and will also activate your key.
When I have joined when can I start using the club?
If you want to start your membership straight away then your membership will be activated immediately allowing you to use the indoor pool, steam room, sauna, spa and classes.
If you would like to use the gym you will need to have a gym induction this can usually be booked in for you 24-48 hours after joining, in some cases there maybe availability on the day of joining.
Why do I need to have a Gym Induction?
All new members need an induction to comply with Health and Safety regulations and also to show them how to work the gym equipment

How long will my Gym Induction take?
45 minutes – 60 minutes
Do I still need an induction if I have used gym equipment before?
Yes, all new members must have an induction however the induction time can be reduced for you down to 15-20 minutes.

What type of Changing Room Facilities do you have?
Separate shower cubicles each with complimentary shampoo and conditioner
Complimentary hand, nail and body lotions
Private cubicle and open changing area
Family changing rooms: (with shower, lockers, baby changing facility, play pen, toilet, wash basin, complimentary shampoo and conditioner).
Large wooden lockers with hanger, shoe space – operated by a key so no money is required.

What is the length of the indoor swimming pool?
The dimensions of the pool are 20x9 metres, the pool is 4ft deep and has 2 laned areas for adult only and lane swimming. The rest of the area of the pool is used for children and leisurely swimming.
There is also a jet pool located at the end of the pool.
Do you have any relaxation areas at the club?
Yes, we have:

The Saunas and Steam Rooms have mood lighting in – the steam room releases Eucalyptus Oils on the poolside and lemon oils are released for the steam room in the ladies changing room area. – This is the ideal area for relaxing and reviving your body and soul!

Can I bring children into the club?
Yes, but they must be accompanied by a member
Price: £7.50 for a day pass
The access times for children are:
Monday –Saturday - 11am-7pm
Sunday and Bank Holidays – 8am-7pm
Can I bring Adults into the club if they are not a member?
Yes but they must be accompanied by a member
