New Sunday Lunch menu launched

A new Sunday Lunch menu has launched at the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill offering customers a choice between traditional Sunday Lunch dishes and Marco’s classic British meals.

With roast options including Roast Strip Loin of Beef and Roast Somerset Pork Loin as well as British classics like Crispy Skin Salmon Steak and Fried Haddock, Chips and Mushy Peas, as well as vegetarian options, diners will be spoilt for choice.

Starters come in the form of a ‘smorgasbord’ of Hors d’oeuvres, seasonal salad, an array of meats, fish and vegetarian delights and homemade soup.

And to finish off sweet tooths can choose from traditional bread and butter pudding, panna cotta, fresh fruit salad, warm chocolate fondant and Mr White’s rice pudding.

Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill manager Mimmo Pomo said: “As a specialist steakhouse Sunday Lunch isn’t something we’ve focussed on too much in the past. But as a staple British tradition and with Marco’s passion for classic and fuss-free cuisine how could we ignore it!

“Our new offering will differ slightly each week but will always offer fantastic cuts of meat with roast trimmings as well as other options.

“We have no doubts that customers will be impressed with the offering. We have recently been joined by our head chef Jason Everett who worked under Marco when he received two of his Michelin stars at Harveys restaurant in London, so he is a chef of the highest calibre.

“Aside from delicious food, the restaurant is a fantastic location for a family Sunday dinner. It’s a destination restaurant in the middle of the countryside with stunning views and a really elegant feel. It’s a special place.”

The restaurant is located at Doubletree by Hilton, Cadbury House in Congresbury and is surrounded by rolling North Somerset countryside.

An award-winning four-star boutique hotel, Cadbury House and the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse have become renowned as top food and drink venues in the South West.

A two-course Sunday Lunch is £16.50 while a three-course lunch is £19.50.
