Wild Place Project
The Wild Place Project is a fun, family attraction in Bristol that provides adventure, play and learning, with an emphasis on protecting threatened habitats on our doorsteps and around the globe. The Wild Place Project is an open space, comprised of natural beauty that utilises the existing woodland and environment.
Come and Discover Madagascar, which is home to several lemurs, visit the Edge of Africa with zebras and eland roaming in the grassland and see Okapi in the Secret Congo. Take off your shoes and enjoy an array of textures on the Barefoot Trail. Climb up the scramble net and slide down the fireman’s pole at the Fun Fort. Pay a visit to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden and the Sanctuary Garden.

The Wild Place Project is located off junction 17 of the M5 motorway in South Gloucestershire (opposite Bristol Golf Club). The Wild Place Project is easily accessible by bicycle or car.

- Our car park is open every day the Wild Place Project is open. Parking at the Wild Place Project is limited; we advise arriving early during peak periods to avoid disappointment. Parking is free of charge.
- Coach parking spaces are strictly limited, and must be pre-booked. They will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Currently no bus services from central Bristol operate directly to The Wild Place Project during opening hours.
