In these uncertain times, we wanted to reach out to you about what we are doing here at Cadbury House to support you and your travel plans.
Since the outbreak of Coronavirus, we have been closely monitoring and following the advice provided by Public Health England (PHE), and also working closely with Hilton group.
We are taking additional precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of all guests, colleagues and staff, and are committed to providing guests with a safe and hygienic space.
The team here at Cadbury House have been extensively briefed on what actions they need to take, as per Government guidance, in order to reduce the risk of the virus spreading.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning for all public areas and have increased the deployment of hand sanitisers throughout the hotel and house. We will also adjust our food and beverage services in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
We would also recommend that everyone linked to Cadbury House is extra vigilant in terms of hand washing and personal hygiene while keeping themselves updated on the latest PHE guidelines and advice. We would also ask any guests who believe they may be displaying symptoms of coronavirus not to attend the hotel until they have been given the all-clear by their doctor.
Finally, we want to reassure everyone that we will do all that we can to mitigate the spread of this infection. Our team is ready to welcome you to Cadbury House, and you'll receive the warm welcome and first-class hospitality that you’d expect from the South West’s leading four-star hotel.
