1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of DoubleTree by Hilton Cadbury House and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Booking is subject to availability at time of booking and therefore may not be used on a Prime Date or when the Hotel is expecting to be full.
5. The voucher cannot be used on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Saturdays.
6. Pre-Booking is Essential.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified unless otherwise described within the competition rules.
8. Closing date for entry will be Monday 19 th February 2024 at Midday. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prize is as follows: A One Night Stay for Two in the Executive Loft Suite including a Hot & Cold Buffet Breakfast in Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill breakfast bar for Two at Cadbury House Hotel. Also included in this competition is a Thatcher’s Tour and Tasting donated directly by Thatcher’s. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any
    prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. The Thatcher’s Tour and Tasting voucher will be received upon check in when you check in to claim your stay in the Executive Loft Suite. To claim this prize you must book your stay through info@cadburyhouse.com.
14. We do not accept any liability in the collaboration with Thatcher’s in conjunction to you attending the tour and tasting.
15. The tour and tasting must also be pre-boked in advance therefore you do not have to use this voucher and may not be able to use this voucher during your complimentary overnight stay at Cadbury House.
16. Cadbury House cannot book the tour and tasing on your behalf and do not accept any liability in the booking of your Thatcher’s tour or your attendance.
17. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by email and/or letter. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
