DoubleTree's Hospitality Services apprentice, Max Bennett, features in SW Insider. Max is one of our apprentices at the Marco Pierre White Restaurant, and before featuring in the SW Insider as one of the Apprentices of the Year, he qualified and won an award for his achievements at Weston College.
